At Bello, customer satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item meets the following conditions:
✔️ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔️ The item is unused and in its original packaging.
✔️ You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders.
  • Used or altered items.
  • Items returned after 30 days.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@trybello.store with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item: You may need to cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged.
  4. Refund/Replacement: After inspection, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement based on your preference.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged item, we accept exchanges or we give full refund for sending us a proof of the item , whichever is preferred by customer.
